About The Event
Resilience is a set of skills which can be learnt and strengthened. This course, which is hosted by the WEA, enables you to practice and embed key skills and habits that will enable you to meet life challenges and navigate transitions smoothly. These include strategies to increase wellbeing, manage difficult feelings, and engage with others in a positive way. It will be activity based and interactive, with opportunities for discussion in small groups and a chance to share your experience of trying out the techniques.
