Engaging with Ageing

We are deluged by media propaganda that ageing is a terrible thing - but is it? Maybe it could be the most fantastic opportunity….. In this one day workshop we will challenge some of the myths around ageing and explore its many possibilities. We’ll also look at how to reap the benefits of ageing and make this the ‘time of your life’ - a time when you can fulfil what’s most important to you and experience joy. It will be a rich day, providing a chance to revisit priorities and re-imagine how we want our life to be. It will also offer practical ways to move towards the life we want Who is the workshop for? The workshop is designed for people who are 50 or older, who want to explore how to free themselves of old limitations and create the next phase of their lives with renewed energy and purpose. An open mind, a sense of humour and a willingness to share and listen to others will all help!
